APPLICATION

The placing of an order with the Company shall be deemed to be acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

PRICES

All orders are subject to availability of stocks, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include free delivery (minimum order five cases).

V.A.T

All prices listed are exclusive of V.A.T..

PAYMENT

30 days nett. Overdue accounts subject to 2% interest per month or part thereof.

TITLE

Title in goods shall be retained by the Company until payment in full has been received and until such payment the buyer shall hold the goods and all items incorporating in a fiduciary capacity for the Company.

In the event of any sale of the goods by the buyer prior to payment in full of the price, the buyer shall hold the proceeds of sale in a fiduciary capacity for the Company and such proceeds of sale shall be placed in an account of the buyer in such a way as to be identifiable as the property of the company. In event of non-payment by the buyer by the due date, the Company shall be entitled in addition to all other rights to enter premises where the goods may be and recover possession of them.

CLAIMS

Claims for shortages and breakages must be notified to the carrier on delivery and the Company within 3 days of delivery and the delivery docket signed accordingly. No claims can be considered unless this procedure is followed.
