Near Saint-Emilion, in the heart of the Libournais. The vineyard extends over the hillside of the village of Lussac-St-Emilion. Clay, limestone, gravelly subsoil. The wine is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon. Temperature controlled fermentation with maceration during 20 days. Pumping over twice a day in order to extract a maximum of colour and tannin. Ruby colour. Rich nose with leather notes. In mouth the wine presents notes of coffee. The tannins are very pleasant. Structured and well-balanced.
