Wine Description
After 35 years pioneering Marlborough viticulture, Brent Morris’s father John has grown the fruit for this bright, fresh and exciting Sauvignon Blanc on the steep southern foothills of the Wairau Valley. Lively acidity and extraordinary minerality is well balanced by the full ripeness of the fruit, with plenty of tropical and citrus fruit flavours with notes of nettles. Grown in one of Marlborough’s oldest vineyards on Fairhall Cliffs it is so steep that hand harvesting is the only method of picking.
