Wine Description
This is an exceptionally high quality Chablis. In order to retain the wonderful fresh and crisp characteristics of the Chardonnay variety, Louis Robin’s Chablis ferments at a cool 18-20 degrees celsius, before maturing briefly in stainless steel and then bottling, ready for release.
Classic Chablis flavours of green apples and ripe, zippy citrus fruits in this textbook example from Louis Robin, all complemented by a creamy texture and an ever so slightly honeyed note on the finish.
